Do you supply the alcohol, or do we?

We bring the full bar — spirits, mixers, garnish, ice, and glassware — built around the menu we design together. If you'd like to supply your own bottles (say, a specific label that means something to you), just let us know when we build your quote.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have a date. Popular weekends in peak season can fill up a few months out, but we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter notice — reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's available.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 25% deposit at booking secures your bartender, bar setup, and inventory for the day, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is due upfront at booking.

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens — reach out as early as possible if your plans change. Cancel any time before the day of your event and your deposit is fully refunded. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, since your bartender, inventory, and time have already been committed to your event by that point.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Always. Tell us the vibe and we'll build a full mocktail menu alongside the regular one — great for baby showers, family events, or any guest who isn't drinking.

What areas do you serve?

Providenciales, Grace Bay, North & Middle Caicos, private islands, and boats. If you're somewhere further out in Turks & Caicos, ask — we may still be able to make it work.

What happens if it rains?

Weather is outside anyone's control, so it's treated differently from a standard cancellation. If your event needs to be postponed due to weather, your deposit is preserved and applied toward a rescheduled date — it's not forfeited the way a same-day change-of-mind cancellation would be.

How many guests can you accommodate?

From intimate gatherings of 10 to full wedding receptions of 100+. Larger guest counts may mean a second bartender, which we'll factor into your quote.

Terms & Conditions

By booking Lemmeknow's Liquor, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment & Deposit

A 25% deposit is required at booking to secure your bartender, bar setup, and inventory. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment upfront.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made any time before the day of your event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, as your bartender, inventory, and time have already been committed to your event.

3. Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If your event must be postponed or cancelled due to weather or other circumstances outside either party's control, your deposit will be preserved and applied toward a rescheduled date rather than forfeited.

4. Age Verification & Responsible Service

The client is responsible for ensuring that only guests of legal drinking age are served alcohol. Our bartender reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who cannot verify legal age or who appears intoxicated, in accordance with responsible service practices.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing suitable event space and access for setup, an accurate guest count, and any permits required by their venue or property.

6. Liability

Lemmeknow's Liquor is licensed and insured. To the extent permitted by law, Lemmeknow's Liquor is not liable for guest behavior, overconsumption, property damage, or personal injury arising from the service of alcohol, except where caused by our direct negligence.

7. Changes to Booking Details

Significant changes to guest count, event length, or location after booking may affect your final price and will be confirmed with you before your event.
